On the establishment of the Command of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2022 No. 779.
In order to improve the national security system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I HEREBY DECREE:
1. Create a command of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To approve the attached amendments and additions to certain acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take the measures resulting from this Decree.
4. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.

in the official composition of the Coordinating Council of Special purpose units of state bodies under the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the above-mentioned order:
after the line "Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard;" add the following line:
"Commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan;".
