Article 25. Deployment of the Armed Forces of the Law on Defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 25. Deployment of the Armed Forces of the Law on Defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The deployment of the Armed Forces is carried out in accordance with the defense plan of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

      2. The redeployment of formations and military units within the territories transferred to the use of the Armed Forces is carried out by decision of the Minister of Defense in accordance with the plan approved by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

     3. The deployment of formations and military units of the Armed Forces outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is allowed on the basis of international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 7, 2005 No. 29.

     This Law regulates public relations in the field of organization of defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the functions and powers of state bodies in ensuring the country's defense capability, the rights and obligations of citizens and organizations in the field of defense.
