Article 30. Civil defense The Law on Defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan

      1. Civil defense is organized in order to protect the population and territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the effects of damaging (destructive) factors of modern weapons, natural and man-made emergencies.  

      2. The tasks and organization of civil defense are determined by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 7, 2005 No. 29.

     This Law regulates public relations in the field of organization of defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the functions and powers of state bodies in ensuring the country's defense capability, the rights and obligations of citizens and organizations in the field of defense.
