Article 90-4. Interaction of the antimonopoly authority with the antimonopoly authorities of other states of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. Within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union, the antimonopoly authority interacts with the antimonopoly authorities of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union in accordance with international treaties, including by sending notifications, requests for information, conducting consultations, informing about investigations in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. The antimonopoly authority, within the framework of participation in international organizations, has the right to send requests to the antimonopoly authorities of other states and provide information on their requests.
