Article 230. Appeal against the regulations of the Antimonopoly authority of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The regulations of the antimonopoly authority may be appealed to the court in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The grounds for appealing the regulations of the territorial division to the antimonopoly authority are:
1) incomplete clarification of circumstances relevant to the case;
2) the lack of evidence of circumstances relevant to the case and recognized as established;
3) inconsistency of the conclusions set out in the decision with the circumstances of the case;
4) violation or incorrect application of the norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The order of the territorial division of the antimonopoly authority may be appealed by a market entity within three months from the date when it was handed over to the market entity, in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
