Article 90-7. The rights of employees of the Antimonopoly authority of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Employees of the antimonopoly authority in the performance of their official duties, including reviewing applications for violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of competition protection, investigating cases of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of competition protection, regulating economic concentration and determining the state of competition, in accordance with the powers assigned to them, upon presentation of official identification cards or identification cards and the decision of the antimonopoly authority to investigate violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of competition protection, they have the right:
1) to obtain unhindered access to the premises and territories of government agencies and market entities in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) request and receive written information within the time limits established by the antimonopoly authority, which may not be less than five working days, from state, local executive bodies, market entities, officials and other individuals and legal entities, as well as written and (or) oral explanations on the facts of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection competition.
If additional time is required, the persons specified in the first part of this subparagraph may apply to the antimonopoly authority with a reasoned application for an extension of the deadline for providing information upon request.
The decision to extend the deadline for providing information upon request or to refuse to extend it is made within two working days from the date of receipt of the reasoned application.;
3) exercise other powers established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
