1. There must be at least two members of the cooperative.

2. Any individual who has reached the age of sixteen, has expressed a desire to be a member of the cooperative and is able to take personal labor participation in its activities, may be a member of a production cooperative.

3. The consent of the administration (body of a legal entity) at the place of his main job or study is not required to join the cooperative as a member.

The consent of their parents, adoptive parents, or guardians is required to join a cooperative for minors.
