1. A production cooperative is formed by a decision of the general meeting of the founders - individuals.

If the founder (member) of a production cooperative is a foreign citizen, the organization and activities of such a cooperative are subject to this Law, taking into account the specifics provided for by the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. There must be at least two founders of a production cooperative.

3. After the formation of a production cooperative, the founders become members of the cooperative and have the same rights and obligations as other members of the production cooperative.
