Article 1. The concept of a production cooperative  Chapter 1. General provisions on the production cooperative

      1. A production cooperative is a voluntary association of citizens on the basis of membership for joint entrepreneurial activity based on their personal labor participation and the pooling of property contributions (shares) by its members.  

      2. A production cooperative is a commercial organization.  

      3. A production cooperative is a legal entity.
