1. A production cooperative has the right to carry out any type of entrepreneurial activity that is not prohibited by legislation for private entrepreneurship.

2. The activities covered by state licensing are carried out by a production cooperative if licensed.

3. The object and objectives of the production cooperative's activities are determined by the charter.

4. When carrying out activities regulated by special legislation, production cooperatives are also guided by this Law.

In the event of a conflict between the norms of legislative acts specifically regulating certain types of entrepreneurial activity, the norms of this Law shall apply, the norms of legislative acts.
