1. A member of a production cooperative has the right to:

1) participate in the management of the cooperative's affairs, as well as in the work of the general meeting of cooperative members with the right to one vote in accordance with the procedure established by this Law and the founding documents of the cooperative;

2) to elect and be elected to the governing bodies of the cooperative, to make proposals on improving the activities of the cooperative, eliminating deficiencies in the work of its bodies and officials;

3) to receive full information about the activities of the cooperative, including to get acquainted with the accounting and other documentation of the cooperative;

4) participate in the distribution of the net income received by the cooperative;

5) receive a share of net income to be distributed among the members of the cooperative in accordance with their labor participation in its activities, unless otherwise provided for in the constituent documents;

6) receive payment for their work in the cooperative in the form of wages or in another form established by the cooperative;

7) enjoy the benefits and advantages provided by the cooperative for its members, including in terms of the primary purchase of goods (works, services) produced by it, the use of the cooperative's property, and receiving social assistance from the cooperative;

8) on vacation, as well as annual paid work leave;

9) social security;

10) withdraw from the cooperative in accordance with the established procedure.

2. A member of a cooperative may have other rights provided for by this Law, other legislative acts and the founding documents of the cooperative.

3. The waiver or limitation of the rights provided for by this Law and other legislative acts for a member of a production cooperative, including by agreement of the cooperative members, is null and void.
