Article 1-1. The basic principles of the creation and operation of production cooperatives of the Law on Production Cooperatives  

      Production cooperatives operate on the basis of the following principles:  

      voluntary entry and exit;  

      the obligation to make a property (share) contribution;  

      democratic governance;  

      mutual assistance and ensuring economic benefits for its members;  

      availability of information about the activities of the production cooperative.
