Article 4. The founding documents of the production cooperative of the Law on the Production Cooperative
The production cooperative carries out its activities on the basis of the founding agreement and the charter.
Subjects of small, medium and large enterprises established in the organizational and legal form of a production cooperative may carry out their activities on the basis of a standard charter, the content of which is determined by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
