Article 3. Legal entities, branches and representative offices subject to registration of the Law on State Registration of Legal Entities and Registration of Branches and Representative Offices

     All legal entities established on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are subject to state registration, regardless of the purposes of their creation, the type and nature of their activities, and the composition of participants (members).  

     Branches and representative offices of legal entities located in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are subject to registration without acquiring the right of a legal entity.  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 1995 No. 2198.
