Article 2. The main goals, objectives, principles of regulation of the sphere of registration of legal entities of the Law on State Registration of Legal Entities and Registration of Branches and Representative Offices

     1. The state registration of legal entities and the registration of branches and representative offices are carried out to achieve the following main objectives:

     certifying the fact of creation, re-registration, registration of amendments and additions to the constituent documents, reorganization and termination of the activity of a legal entity, as well as creation, re-registration, registration of amendments and additions to documents and termination of the activities of branches and representative offices;

     accounting for established, re-registered, reorganized and discontinued legal entities, as well as established, re-registered and discontinued branches and representative offices in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     maintaining the national register of business identification numbers;

     implementation of publicly available information about legal entities, their branches and representative offices (with the exception of information constituting official or commercial secrets) in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. The main objective of this Law is the implementation of state registration of legal entities that are commercial and non-profit organizations, and the registration of their branches and representative offices.

     3. The basic principles of this Law are:

     1) legality;

     2) Equality of all before the law;

     3) publicity.";

     2) the third paragraph of the eighth part of Article 6 should be worded as follows:

     "a copy of the passport or other identity document of the foreign founder with a notarized translation into Kazakh and Russian, as well as a document confirming the right to register a commercial organization in the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Population Migration".
