Article 110. Association of individual entrepreneurs and (or) legal entities in the form of an association (union) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Individual entrepreneurs and (or) legal entities may establish associations (unions) in order to coordinate their business activities, as well as represent and protect common interests.
The specifics of establishing associations (unions) of legal entities operating in the financial market and participating in them are established by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Public associations and other non-profit organizations, including institutions, may voluntarily form associations (unions) of these organizations.
3. The Association (union) is a non-profit organization.
4. The members of the association (union) retain their independence.
5. The Association (union) is not liable for the obligations of its members, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the constituent documents. The members of the association (union) bear subsidiary responsibility for its obligations in the amount and in the manner prescribed by the founding documents of the association (union), unless otherwise established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
