Article 5-1. Competence of the Government for Citizens State Corporation in carrying out state registration (re-registration) of legal entities that are commercial organizations, state registration of termination of their activities, registration (re-registration) and De-registration of their Branches and Representative Offices of the Law On State Registration of Legal Entities and Registration of Branches and Representative Offices
The Government for Citizens State Corporation carries out:
state registration (re-registration) of legal entities that are commercial organizations, state registration of the termination of their activities, registration (re-registration) and de-registration of their branches and representative offices in accordance with this Law;
maintaining the National Register of Business Identification Numbers;
monitoring of compliance by branches of the Government for Citizens State Corporation with the requirements of this Law;
consideration of complaints about actions (inaction) of officials of the Government for Citizens State Corporation on issues of state registration (re-registration) of legal entities that are commercial organizations, state registration of termination of their activities, registration (re-registration) and de-registration of their branches and representative offices;
provision of information to state bodies with control and supervisory functions upon their request in cases stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
