Article 1. The concept of State registration of Legal entities and Registration of Branches and Representative Offices of the Law On State Registration of Legal Entities and Registration of Branches and Representative Offices

     The state registration of legal entities includes checking the compliance of documents submitted for state registration with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issuing them a certificate of state registration with a business identification number, and entering information about legal entities into the National Register of Business Identification Numbers.

     The registration of branches and representative offices includes checking the compliance of the documents submitted for registration with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issuing them a certificate of registration with a business identification number, and entering information about branches and representative offices in the National Register of Business Identification Numbers.
