Article 32-2. State registration of the mortgage of a small vessel of the Law on Inland Waterway Transport

Article 32-2. State registration of the mortgage of a small vessel of the Law on Inland Waterway Transport

1. The mortgage of a small vessel is registered by the authorized body in the same ship's register in which the small vessel is registered.

     2. The mortgage of a small vessel is registered on the day of filing the application for state registration of the mortgage of a small vessel.

     3. The procedure for state registration of the mortgage of a small vessel is determined by the Rules of State Registration of a vessel, including a Small vessel, and the Rights to it.

     4. The state registration of the mortgage of a small vessel is certified by the issuance of a certificate of the state registration of the mortgage of a small vessel.

     5. A fee is charged for the state registration of the mortgage of a small vessel and the issuance of a duplicate certificate of the state registration of the mortgage of a vessel in accordance with the procedure and amount established by the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 6, 2004 No. 574.

     This Law regulates public relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities in the field of inland waterway transport during navigation, transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo, operation of small vessels, including on bodies of water not related to inland waterways and sea waters, and also defines their rights, duties and responsibilities..
