Article 18-2. Exclusion of a vessel from the State Ship Registry of Naval Vessels or the Ship Book of the Law on Merchant Shipping

     A vessel is subject to exclusion from the State Ship Register of Sea Vessels or the ship Book.:

     1) dead or missing;

     2) structurally deceased;

     3) a vessel that has lost its qualities as a result of reconstruction or any other changes;

      4) ceasing to comply with the requirements provided for in paragraph 3-1 of Article 11 of this Law.  

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 17, 2002 No. 284.

     This Law defines the legal, organizational, economic and international foundations of public administration in the field of merchant shipping and regulates relations related to the transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo, ensuring safety in maritime transport and environmental protection.
