The veterinary system of the Republic of Kazakhstan includes:

1) The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

1-1) the authorized body;

2) divisions of state bodies that carry out activities in the field of veterinary medicine;

3) state veterinary organizations established in accordance with the state standard for the network of state veterinary organizations;

4) individuals and legal entities engaged in entrepreneurial activities in the field of veterinary medicine.

Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002, No. 339.

This Law defines the legal, organizational, and economic foundations for veterinary activities and aims to ensure veterinary and sanitary safety.
