Article 12-3. Activities related to the handling of pathogenic biological agents of the Law on Veterinary Medicine

     Activities related to the handling of pathogenic biological agents shall be carried out on the basis of a permit for the handling of pathogenic biological agents and its annex in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the legal, organizational, and economic foundations for the implementation of veterinary activities and is aimed at ensuring veterinary and sanitary safety.
