Article 60-1. Protection of the rights of immigrants identified and identified as victims of human trafficking in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan The Law on Population Migration
1. Immigrants identified and identified as victims of human trafficking in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are not subject to expulsion from the Republic of Kazakhstan to their state of origin (the country of citizenship of the foreigner) until the completion of the process of providing a guaranteed amount of special social services in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of special social services, during which a decision is made on contacting and cooperating with law enforcement agencies.
The provision of a guaranteed amount of special social services to an immigrant identified and identified as a victim of human trafficking in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out at the expense of budgetary funds.
2. In order to provide a guaranteed amount of special social services to an immigrant identified and identified as a victim of human trafficking in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a temporary residence permit is issued in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 22, 2011 No. 477-IV.
This Law regulates public relations in the field of population migration, defines the legal, economic and social foundations of migration processes.
