1. Notarial record keeping is conducted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on languages.

2. If the person who applied for a notarial act does not speak the language in which the record keeping is conducted, the texts of the executed documents must be translated to him at his request for a fee in accordance with Articles 80 of this Law.
