Accounting, statistical, financial and technical documentation in the system of state bodies and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regardless of the forms of ownership, is provided in the state and Russian languages.

This Law establishes the legal basis for the functioning of languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the duties of the state in creating conditions for their study and development, and ensures equal respect for all languages used in the Republic of Kazakhstan, without exception.
