The responses of state and non-state organizations to citizens' appeals and other documents are given in the official language or in the language of the appeal.

This Law establishes the legal basis for the functioning of languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the duties of the state in creating conditions for their study and development, and ensures equal respect for all languages used in the Republic of Kazakhstan, without exception.
