1. Mass media are distributed in the State and other languages.

2. The State shall ensure the right of everyone to use their native language when receiving and distributing mass media in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on languages.

3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 18, 2012 No. 546-IV (effective thirty calendar days after its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 23, 1999 No. 451-I.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of mass media, establishes state guarantees of their freedom in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
