1. When performing the tasks assigned to him, the bailiff has the right to seek help from employees of the internal affairs bodies, and the bailiff of the military court has the right to the military command.

2. Law enforcement officers assist the bailiff in the implementation of the tasks assigned to them by law.

3. The interaction of bailiffs with law enforcement officers and military units is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for in the relevant bylaw on interaction approved by the heads of these bodies.
