Article 1. The legal status of bailiffs of the Law on Bailiffs
1. Bailiff is an official who is in public service and performs the tasks assigned to him by this Law.
2. The bailiff is given a uniform (without shoulder straps), an identification card and a badge, samples of which are approved by the authorized state body in the field of judicial administration (hereinafter referred to as the authorized body).
The natural standards for providing bailiffs with uniforms (without shoulder straps) are approved by the authorized body in coordination with the central authorized body for budget planning.
3. The legal requirements of a bailiff are binding on all individuals and legal entities.
