1. Compulsory insurance of bailiffs is carried out in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the expense of budgetary funds.

2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/07/2007 No. 244.

3. In the event of the death (death) of a bailiff in the performance of official duties or within a year after dismissal from service due to injury sustained in the performance of official duties, dependent persons and heirs are paid a one-time compensation in the amount of ten times the annual salary for the last position held.

4. When a bailiff is found to be disabled as a result of injury, injury (contusion), mutilation, or illness sustained in the performance of official duties, he is paid one-time compensation in the amount of:

1) a person with a disability of the first group – a five-year salary;

2) a person with a disability of the second group – a three-year salary;

3) a person with a disability of the third group – an annual salary.

5. If a bailiff receives a serious injury (injury, injury, contusion) in the performance of his official duties, which did not result in disability, he is compensated in the amount of three months' salary, and a minor injury in the amount of one month's salary. In this case, the lump-sum compensation provided for in this article is paid independently of other payments, including insurance payments and damage compensation payments.

6. The one-time compensation provided for in this article shall not be paid if it is proved in accordance with the established procedure that the death (death), injury, injury (mutilation) of the bailiff occurred due to circumstances unrelated to the performance of official duties.

7. The family of the deceased and his dependents are assigned a survivor's allowance in accordance with the procedure established by law.

8. Payment for the burial of a deceased or deceased bailiff is issued in the amount established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the republican budget for the relevant year.
