Article 15. Issuance of a duplicate of the charter (regulations) of a legal entity that is not a private business entity, as well as a joint-stock company, their branches and representative offices of the Law on State Registration of Legal Entities and Registration of Branches and Representative Offices

Article 15. Issuance of a duplicate of the charter (regulations) of a legal entity that is not a private business entity, as well as a joint-stock company, their branches and representative offices of the Law on State Registration of Legal Entities and Registration of Branches and Representative Offices

     At the request of a legal entity, the registering authority issues a duplicate of the charter (regulations) of a legal entity that is not a private business entity, as well as a joint-stock company, their branches and representative offices within one business day.

     To issue a duplicate of the charter (regulations) of a legal entity that is not a private business entity, as well as a joint-stock company, their branches and representative offices, the following documents must be submitted:

     1) an application in the form prescribed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     2) the decision or an extract from the decision of the authorized body of the legal entity on receipt of a duplicate of the charter (regulations), stamped with the seal of the legal entity (if any);

     3) a document confirming the publication in a periodical of information about the loss of the original charter (regulations).
