The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 30, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as the Constitution);

The Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (General Part), adopted by the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 27, 1994; the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Special part), adopted by the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 1, 1999 (hereinafter - the Civil Code);

The Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 3, 2015 (hereinafter - CPC);

The Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" (hereinafter referred to as the Tax Code) dated December 25, 2017;

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Arbitration" dated April 8, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the Law);

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 27, 2017 No. 49-VI "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Improving Civil, banking Legislation and Improving Conditions for Entrepreneurial activity" (hereinafter referred to as the Law dated February 27, 2017);

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 21, 2019 No. 217-VI "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on strengthening the protection of property rights, arbitration, optimization of the judicial burden and further humanization of criminal legislation" (hereinafter - the Law of January 21, 2019);

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 10, 2020 No. 342-VI "On Amendments and Additions to the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the introduction of modern court formats, reduction of unnecessary court procedures and costs" (hereinafter - the Law of June 10, 2020);

Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitration Awards. New York, June 10, 1958 (hereinafter referred to as the New York Convention);

The European Convention on Foreign Trade Arbitration. Geneva, April 21, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as the European Convention).
