Grounds for exemption from evidence in arbitration proceedings
In accordance with Part 2 of Article 76 of the CPC, the circumstances established by a court decision or decision that entered into force in a previously reviewed civil case are binding on the court. Such claims are not proven again in the proceedings of other civil cases involving the same persons.
The literal content of this rule of law allows us to conclude that an arbitration award does not constitute a prejudice, since this rule of law refers to a court decision or ruling, and there is no such provision in the Law itself.
