Article 45. Adoption of an arbitration award The Law on Arbitration
1. After examining the circumstances of the case, the arbitral tribunal shall make a decision by a majority vote of the arbitrators who are members of the arbitral tribunal.
Unless otherwise provided by the rules, the decision shall be announced at the arbitration meeting. The arbitration has the right to announce only the operative part of the decision. In this case, a reasoned decision must be sent to the parties within ten calendar days from the date of the announcement of the operative part of the decision, unless another deadline is established by the rules of procedure or agreement of the parties.
An arbitrator who does not agree with the decision of the majority of the arbitration members has the right to express his dissenting opinion, which is attached to the decision. The parties have the right to get acquainted with the arbitrator's dissenting opinion.
2. The arbitration court may, if it deems it necessary, postpone the decision and summon the parties to an additional meeting.
3. The award shall be deemed to have been made at the place of arbitration and shall enter into force on the day on which it is signed by the arbitrator(s).

This Law regulates public relations arising in the course of arbitration activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the procedure and conditions for the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in Kazakhstan.
