On the reorganization of some territorial bodies of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring and amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 20, 2021 No. 515 "On certain issues of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring"
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 10, 2022 No. 976.
I DECREE:
1. Reorganize in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) the republican state institution "Department of Economic Investigations in the East Kazakhstan region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring" by separating from it the republican state institution "Department of Economic Investigations in the Abai region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring";
2) the republican state institution "Department of Economic Investigations in the Almaty region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring" by separating from it the republican state institution "Department of Economic Investigations in the region of Zhetiu of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring";
3) the republican state institution "Department of Economic Investigations in the Karaganda region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring" by separating from it the republican state institution "Department of Economic Investigations in the Ulytau region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring".
2. To make the following amendment to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 20, 2021 No. 515 "On certain issues of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring":
in the Regulation on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring, approved by the above-mentioned Decree:
The list of republican state institutions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring should be worded as follows:

1) Department of Economic Investigations in the Abai region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring;
2) The Department of Economic Investigations in the Akmola region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring;
3) Department of Economic Investigations for Aktobe region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring;
4) Department of Economic Investigations for the Almaty region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring;
5) Department of Economic Investigations in Atyrau region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring;

10) Department of Economic Investigations in Kostanay region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring;
11) Department of Economic Investigations for the Kyzylorda region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring;
12) Department of Economic Investigations for Mangystau region of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring;

2. List of specialized state institutions of the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Cynological center of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring.".
3. The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to take measures arising from this Decree.
4. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
