On the establishment of a special Presidential literary award for young Kazakhstani writers and poets

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 22, 2022 No. 940.

 In order to improve state support for young literary figures in the Republic of Kazakhstan, I HEREBY DECREE:

    1. To establish a special Presidential literary Award for young Kazakhstani writers and poets.

    2. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

    1) to approve the Rules for awarding the special Presidential Literary Prize for young Kazakhstani writers and poets;

    2) submit for approval once a year the personal composition of persons nominated for the special Presidential Literary Award for young Kazakhstani writers and poets.

    3. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    4. This Decree will enter into force on January 1, 2023.
