On awarding the State Prize of Peace and Progress of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 7, 2020 No. 464

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2001 "on the State Prize for Peace and Progress of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy", I DECREE:

     1. To award the State Prize for Peace and Progress of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy 2020 for:

     outstanding contribution to the development of the field of medicine, strengthening peace and friendship, mutual trust between the peoples of Toregeldy Sharmanovich Sharmanov;

     outstanding contribution to the development of education and science, strengthening peace and friendship, and mutual trust between the peoples of Shigeo Katsu.

     2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
