On the accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Nagoya Protocol on the Regulation of Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits from their Application to the Convention on Biological Diversity

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 17, 2015 No. 1025

I DECREE: 1. The Republic of Kazakhstan to accede to the Nagoya Protocol on the Regulation of Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits from their Application to the Convention on Biological Diversity, signed in Nagoya (Japan) on October 29, 2010. 2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take the necessary measures arising from this Decree. 3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
