Article 72. The period during which a minor is considered to be subjected to an administrative penalty of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses  

     A minor who has been subjected to an administrative penalty for an administrative offense is considered to have been subjected to this penalty within six months from the date of the end of the execution of the decision on the imposition of an administrative penalty.
