On the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the creation and activity of organizations (branches and representatives), specifically or the activities of which are directed to the development of extremism.

It is not necessary to use the names of organizations, established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, extremist organizations, created in the names of organizations.

Content

This law defines the legal and organizational basis for Countering Extremism in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Man and citizen, the foundations of the constitutional system, ensure the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the integrity, inviolability and indivisibility of its territory, and national security.
