Article 27. Security zones of communication networks Chapter 5. Protection and protection of facilities, structures and communication networks, radio frequency spectrum and orbital positions of communication satellites of the Law on Communications
1. In order to ensure the safety of communication networks, the operation of technical facilities, structures and devices, security zones and clearings are established, which are zones with special conditions for the use of land.
2. Lands included in protected areas are marked locally with special signs. Such lands are not subject to seizure from owners and land users.
3. The procedure for establishing security zones and the mode of operation in them shall be determined by the authorized body. The boundaries of these zones and the regime of land use in them are determined by the body that made the decision to grant land ownership or land use, in accordance with the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2004 No. 567.
This Law establishes the legal basis for activities in the field of communications in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the powers of state bodies to regulate these activities, the rights and obligations of individuals and legal entities providing or using communications services.
