1. The authors (co-authors) of an audiovisual work are:

1) the script writer;

2) the author of a musical work (with or without text) specially created for this audiovisual work (composer);

3) Director of photography;

4) Director of photography;

5) production designer.

The author of a previously created work, revised or included as an integral part in an audiovisual work, is also considered a co-author of the audiovisual work.

2. The conclusion of an author's agreement for the creation of an audiovisual work (or for the transfer of rights to previously created works), with the exception of the case provided for in paragraph 3 of this article, entails the transfer by the authors of this work (or by the authors and other holders of copyrights to previously created works) to the producer of the audiovisual work of the exclusive rights to use the audiovisual work, unless otherwise provided stipulated by the copyright agreement.

The producer of an audiovisual work has the right to indicate his name or title in any use of this work or to require such indication.

3. The author of a musical work (with or without text) created specifically for an audiovisual work reserves the right to receive remuneration for the use of this musical work at each public performance of the audiovisual work, its public communication, as well as the rental (rental) of copies of the audiovisual work.

4. The authors of works that are an integral part of an audiovisual work, both previously existing (the author of the novel based on the script, and others) and created in the process of working on it (director of photography, production designer, and others), enjoy copyright to their work.
