Article 34. Permission to work using information constituting State secrets of the Law on State Secrets
The activities of organizations related to the use of information constituting state secrets, the creation of means to protect state secrets, as well as the holding of events and (or) the provision of services for the protection of state secrets, are carried out on the basis of a permit issued by the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its bodies.
The permit is issued on the basis of the results of a special examination of organizations and certification of their managers, which are carried out in accordance with the procedure determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 1999 N 349-1.
This Law defines the legal framework and a unified system for the protection of state secrets in the interests of ensuring the national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulates public relations arising in connection with the classification of information as state secrets, their classification, disposal, protection and declassification.
