Article 24. Mobilization training of highways of the Law on Highways  

     1. Mobilization preparation of highways for use in emergency situations during mobilization and during wartime is carried out by individuals and legal entities, regardless of their forms of ownership, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

     2. In cases where a state of emergency or martial law is imposed on the entire territory of Kazakhstan or in certain localities, and when partial or general mobilization is announced, private roads may be used by all road users without the consent of the owner.  

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2001 No. 245.

      This Law regulates the legal, organizational and economic foundations of the state management of highways in the Republic of Kazakhstan, their construction, operation and development in the interests of the state and users of highways.
