Article 168. Suspension, termination of proceedings on a case and leaving an application without consideration when preparing a case for trial of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 168. Suspension, termination of proceedings on a case and leaving an application without consideration when preparing a case for trial of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. In the presence of circumstances provided for in articles 272, 273, sub-paragraphs 1), 2), 3), 4), 5) and 6) articles 277 and sub-paragraphs 1), 2), 3), 4), 5), 8) and 9) According to Article 279 of this Code, the proceedings in the case may be suspended or terminated during its preparation for trial, or the application may be left without consideration.

     2. The consequences of such a procedural action are explained to the parties.
