On the establishment of the State Commission for the preparation and holding of the 175th anniversary of Zhambyl Zhabayev
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 22, 2021 No. 516
In order to ensure that the 175th anniversary of Zhambyl Zhabayev is celebrated at a high organizational and substantive level in 2021, I HEREBY DECREE:
1. To establish a State Commission for the preparation and holding of the 175th anniversary of Zhambyl Jabayev (hereinafter referred to as the State Commission), consisting of the following.
2. To determine the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the working body of the State Commission.
3. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan should ensure that the draft Republican Plan for the preparation and holding of the 175th anniversary of Zhambyl Jabayev is submitted to the State Commission for consideration by February 23, 2021.
4. The State Commission:
1) to approve, by March 1, 2021, a Nationwide plan for the preparation and holding of the 175th anniversary of Zhambyl Zhabayev;
2) take other measures to implement this Decree.
5. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
