Article 9. Procedure for sending by the administration of an institution of the penal enforcement system a resolution on the establishment of administrative supervision of the Law on Administrative Supervision of Persons Released from Places of Deprivation of Liberty

Before releasing a person under administrative supervision from an institution of the penitentiary system, the administration of the institution sends a court order describing the materials and notification of the time of his arrival to the internal affairs body at his chosen place of residence.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 1996 No. 28-1.

This Law defines the content of administrative supervision of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its application.
