Article 5. The property of an economic partnership of the Law On Economic Partnerships

     1. The property of a business partnership consists of fixed assets and working capital, as well as other property, the value of which is reflected in the partnership's independent balance sheet.  

     2. The property belongs to the business partnership by right of ownership.  

     3. The sources of formation of the partnership's property are:  

     1) contributions of participants to the authorized fund;  

      2) income received from its activities;  

      3) other sources not prohibited by legislative acts.
