Article 20. Property of a production cooperative Chapter 5. The economic basis of the production cooperative Law on the Production Cooperative
1. The sources of the formation of the property of the production cooperative are:
1) property contributions of cooperative members;
2) income received from its activities;
3) other sources not prohibited by legislative acts.
2. The property owned by the production cooperative is divided into shares of its members in accordance with the charter of the cooperative.
A share is the share of a member of a production cooperative in the cooperative's property.
3. The shares of the members of the cooperative in its property are calculated in percentage terms.
4. In the event of the liquidation of a production cooperative (Article 25 of this Law) or the withdrawal from it of a member of the cooperative (Article 11 of this Law), the latter has the right to allocate his share in the property of the cooperative in proportion to his share.
