Article 26-1. Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan of the Law on the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The legal status of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan is determined by the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Information and analytical, organizational, legal and other support for the activities of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan is carried out by his office.
The structure, numerical and personal staff of the office are approved by the National Chamber in coordination with the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.
The Regulation on the office of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan is approved by the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan in coordination with the Board.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2013 No. 129-V.
This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the establishment and operation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
